WOD (Workout of the Day)
At CrossFit Wallingford we post a workout for each day along with a warm up. The workout and warm up change each day and are not repeated any time soon (constantly varied). If you need explanation/instruction on doing the WODs, there is a coach to help you. The WOD will consist of all types of CrossFit exercises put together to maximize results.
