Starting February 20th: CrossFit Wallingford is pleased to offer Yoga on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
Yoga is a perfect compliment to CrossFit training. It promotes mobility, better posture, and helps prevent injuries. Yoga is a great active recovery day activity.
We are very excited about this new class. In the spirit of Fitness Without Limits we look forward to seeing how this addition to our programming benefits our athletes.
