The Team WOD is “Helen” in honor of Helen who is moving out of state and leaving CFW. Helen was with us from Day 1 and will be greatly missed. Helen is not only a good athlete but a kind, genuine person. Helen, we wish you the very best and hope you will visit CFW whenever you’re in town!
The WOD will be performed by both team members and come dressed as a famous duo… If you don’t come with a partner we will pair you up. Costumes are not required but encouraged.
