  • Tomorrow will be a team hero WOD in honor of Jane Callanan’s friend John Pryor. We will be collecting donations to present to a charity in John’s name. Please come and show your support. Thank you!

  • 25 minute AMRAP:
  • 12 lunges (w/ 45lb kb / 25lb kb)
  • 25 clean and jerks (135/95)
  • 8 box jump (30/24)
  • **kb must be held the entire WOD. Also when a coach yells out “JP” both team members must perform 2 burpees. This is the only time kb can be put down**
