10 Overhead squat (95/65)
10 C2B pull ups
**finish within 3 min you move on to the next 3 minutes and reps go up by 2**
**Scale is 65/45 and either regular pull ups or scaled pull ups and reps start at 6**
**this will be at least a 12 minute AMRAP**
