Push Press 135/95
1 Rope Climb

* 3,2,1 go you will do 2 Push press and 1 Rope climb.
Rep scheme for Push Press will increase by 2 reps
every round while Rope Climb stays at 1
Ex. rd 2 = 4 PP, 1 RC. rd 3 = 6 PP, 1 RC etc
