Max tire flips (men’s tire is outside women’s tire is inside)
WOD 2:
Row challenge:
Set 1: 125m
Set 2: 250m
Set 3: 500m
Set 4: 1000m
**rest between sets the amount of time it takes to row that distance**
**ie. If it takes 30 seconds to row 125m you rest 30 seconds before rowing 250m**
