Yoga coming to CrossFit Wallingford

  • Starting February 20th: CrossFit Wallingford is pleased to offer Yoga on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
  • Yoga is a perfect compliment to CrossFit training. It promotes mobility, better posture, and helps prevent injuries. Yoga is a great active recovery day activity.
  • We are very excited about this new class. In the spirit of Fitness Without Limits we look forward to seeing how this addition to our programming benefits our athletes.
