What is Crossfit? The simple answer is it’s a core strength and conditioning program, but it is so much more than that!! With crossfit we use weight, gymnastics and cardio to get the desired result. Everyone’s reason for doing crossfit is different, but the goal of fitness is the same for all! We add the personal training along with group fitness and that equals intensity.
